Microsoft Tag’s Crazy Growth
Microsoft has just announced a few amazing facts around usage of their excellent Mobile Tag offering, Microsoft Tag. Highlights include:
1 – Three billion, yes billion, MS Tags were printed in the past six months – 5 billion have been printed since launch in Jan 2009.
2 – Scans per month have doubled in the past 3 months, with scanning users more than doubling.
USA Today and Woman’s Day in the US have increased their MS Tag usage, with Woman’s Day editor Carlos Lamadrid attributing this strategy to the increased reader engagement the publication is seeing.
